Coach Anthony “Diso” Paradiso is a devoted coach, husband, and father. He and his wife, Jessica, an educator and coach, have been blessed with five children. Their son is a Cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point, their three middle daughters are active in cheerleading, and their youngest daughter brings joy and energy as the heart of the family.

During his high school years, Coach Diso served as President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) while excelling as a multi-sport athlete in football, basketball, baseball, weightlifting, and track. As a coach, he continued his commitment to faith and mentorship as an FCA Huddle Coach, camp leader, and community speaker, championing his philosophy of “Relationships over Results.”

Coach Diso’s extensive coaching career includes football, boys and girls weightlifting, basketball, baseball, track, girls flag football, and Special Olympics. His achievements include being a member of Florida’s prestigious 100-win club for high school football and making history as the only coach in the state to mentor two quarterbacks who surpassed the 10,000 passing yards and 100 touchdown marks. He also developed a state record-setting offense and has played a pivotal role in helping countless athletes achieve their dream of playing at the collegiate level.

With nearly 30 years as a coach and educator in the public school system, Coach Diso has impacted the lives of countless students. Along his journey, God has placed many mentors in his life, including Coach Christian A. Dickinson, with whom he has built a lifelong friendship. Three decades after their first meeting, their relationship has come full circle with the co-authorship of Full Circle 360: A Day Devotional for Athletes, a testament to the power of faith and perseverance.

Still residing in Florida, Coach Diso remains actively involved in coaching and mentoring student-athletes. His personal experiences as an individual, athlete, and coach, combined with his heart for discipleship and building meaningful relationships, continue to inspire his dedication to serving others.
